They’re perfect for wire antennas, supporting Yagi booms and elements, as well as guying verticals and antenna masts. These non-conductive ropes are made from synthetic fibers that won’t collect moisture or suffer from UV degradation. It is designed to allow the rope to be wound in a figure-8 shape to prevent twisting and looping. Various holes on its side are designed to conveniently catch and secure the ends of the rope, or a carabiner or other termination element. When deciding how many levels to choose, always follow the mast manufacturer's recommendations. Sets come with 66' or 98' of Mastrant-P, Mastrant-R (reflective yellow), or Mastrant-O (reflective orange) terminated with a thimble; shackle used to connect the rope with thimble to the mast; chain coupler for connecting the rope to the ground anchor (pin, anchor eye, etc.); Tensioner LineLok for setting the necessary length and tension of the rope; and duplex clip for additional securing of the rope after tensioning.
