They are passive DC-only devices that require no power and provide multiple PTT keying line outputs, inputs or both. All four connectors are female RCA phono. Center conductor grounding to the shield of any one of the PTT IN connector(s) provides the same diode protected center conductor grounding to the shield of the PTT OUT connector(s). For example: • KEYLINE-3 is a splitter for one transceiver to key one amp and two accessories. • 3RIGKEYLINE is a combiner for up to three transceivers to key one amplifier. • KEYLINE-DUAL is a combiner-splitter for two transceivers to key two amplifiers, or one amplifier and one accessory. These devices are really handy when using Amateur Radio devices that need to “share” a T/R keying line and don’t have a keying line pass-through. Each keying input or output is guarded with a separate 60V 2A Schottky diode, providing ground-on-transmit isolation between each accessory keying line.
